Well first off this issue was fixed for about 1-2 weeks last month then it started again, i am unable to talk to friends on skype or play my games due to packet loss/jitter and whenever i contact telus they just ask me to do a speedtest and see if i get my speed because they cannot control anything else. i have gone through 2-3 modems in the past 2-3 months. i even had a tech come out and he said there was nothing wrong and the switch/port i was on has no issues. Really need to get this issue fixed.
