Installer cable gore, and no slack to fix

No matter the provider: Oh the joys of not personally supervising an install to avoid trashing the inside wiring. Saw a video the other week of a DirectTV install that they came in through a closet and then drilled into the bedroom, right through the pocket door. poor quality video www.youtube.com/watch?v=AQ9dHTPXzKU So this business has run ethernet cables to their offices, and future proofing for what needs to be for communications. They are thinking of VOIP in the future, but as a quick phone service, they had Telus bring in 3 phone service lines. The business and the guy who ran the ethernet runs expected Telus to put patch cables from the Telus punch down to the patch panel, but were not there for the install. Instead the Telus installer cut the CAT off the patch panel and wired it to the punch down block for Telus service, including losing the labeling of where each CAT goes. edit: poster says Telus contacted him and is looking to make the wrong right. https://www.reddit.com/r/techsupportgore/comments/589856/retarded_telus_tech_cut_my_patch_panel_lines/ [att=1] [att=2]
