Hey im just wondering if anyone else has ever experienced this problem. I've had telus optik tv with 25mbit internet for 2 years. Then last week I had no internet or tv and when i called into tech support they said i dont qualify for it. I asked them why did i have it for the last 2 years and nobody there has been able to answer this for me. They will not put me back on 25/3 .. and now im at 15mbit/1 HD stream. Sooo confused and mad.
