A tech recently came to my house to replace my old phone line because of some issues I was having during storms (copper plated steel cable from the 50s). The interesting thing is that we were talking about internet a bit and he said bonded VDSL2 is in the plans for fall 2013 even for older areas to provide them with faster service. I'm 1.6KM from the DSLAM and this tells me I might be eligible for 30Mb/s soon because I'm currently on a 15Mb/s profile. Can anyone confirm this upgrade?
