so i called telus today to check if i could upgrade my internet since i been stuck on 15 now for a while and 50 is out and i was told again i was not able to upgrade as usual but when i asked the tech about how i live in a townhouse complex and my unit cant get 25 or 50 but the townhouse right beside mine which i am connected to can get 25 and 50 how this is possible? i typed in my neighbours unit info and everything in the check availablity tool and it shows up 25 and 50 is able to be connected there but mine is still only 15.
