[BC] Vancouver - Is Turbo 25 available to me?

Hi, I was wondering if someone would be able check if it’s possible to get Turbo 25 at my location. I have called Telus several times over several months, to various departments…and of course, I have been checking the Telus website almost daily (Though I’ve been reading that this information isn’t very up to date lately). Retentions originally made a mistake and thought that Turbo 25 was available to me. So 12 months ago I negotiated a deal where I have been currently paying for Turbo 25 for the past year, even though I’m not getting the Turbo 25 service. They said it’d be available during last summer, but, I still haven’t had any luck. I live in Vancouver, about 7 min south of downtown. I currently have 15/1 internet. From what I can conclude, I live in about a 4 block by 3 block grid that does not have Turbo 25 officially available. However, all the surrounding areas beyond that 4x3 block grid, in each direction has Turbo 25 availability. I was hoping that someone on this forum would be kind enough to help me out with this, and to check if I am able to get Turbo 25. Thanks!
