Telus PureFibre and SonicWall Routers

Hi All, I've been assisting someone that signed up for Telus PureFibre yesterday. They have a business account and a static IP. When it was setup, it worked while the Telus technician was onsite, and for about 25 minutes thereafter, until their connection stopped responding. We discovered that disconnecting and re-connecting the WAN cable from the SonicWall would make the connection work. If left unattended, the connection would work for about 20 - 40 minutes, then stop for about 3 hours, and start working for another 20 - 40 minutes. Previously, on Telus copper, they used this SonicWall without a glitch. Their configuration is: Telus PureFibre > Alcatel-Lucent Modem > Sonicwall TZ 105 Firewall Doing some research, I came across some similar issues, but unable to find the resolution: https://forum.telus.com/t5/Internet-TV-Home-Phone/Optik-Fibre-Internet-w-3rd-Party-Firewall-non-telus/td-p/59109 (one more link I'm digging up...) I found this SonicWall article that SEEMS to cover this issue: https://www.sonicwall.com/en-us/support/knowledge-base/170505449739964 However, in my case, when running the packet capture, the source IP for the ARPs showed as 0.0.0.0 Is anyone aware of what settings can be used to make the SonicWall compatible with Telus network?
