Hi all,
I've been puzzling over my January TELUS bill after having 806 GB worth of overages. As you can see attached, my usual usage comes nowhere near the 1306 GB I supposedly used. No one at TELUS can seem to find any system anomalies so I was wondering if anyone else had seen unusually high usage last month?
