Look, nobody was asking you to change the web site.
The Telus Neighbourhood now looks ridiculous with giant fonts. First you dropped the detailed daily internet usage reporting, and now the usage reporting is completely broken again. The billing page can't get the right date range - I've complained 3 times, and they still can't fix it - I have no idea what month I'm supposed to be paying for! And it takes 10 clicks to get to the right place to pay a bill instead of 2.
This is how you're spending all the money from those rate increases?
