Does anyone here have to call TELUS at least once a year? Sometimes twice.
Without getting into too much details, in the 4 years I have been at my current location, I have called TELUS at least once every 6-12 months due to service interruptions. At least 3 times in the last 4 years I have been down for more than a few hours (as long as a week once).
Right now I was completely down all day last Thursday, half the day Friday. When they did manage to get my connection up I have been slowed down to a whopping 1Mbps. I am on a fiber optic line right to the house and 3 technicians in 4 days cant seem to figure out what the hell is going on.
I got a senior technician coming in tomorrow. He supposedly wont leave until it's fixed. The last tech said he now suspects that my line from the distribution box to the house is faulty and that if that needs to be replaced I could be looking at a few weeks.
There is no way anyone here has had this many problems with TELUS. Anyone?
Should I just switch? Every time they throw a bunch of credits at me which is great, but I would much rather pay full price and not have the disruptions I usually do. So frustrating!!!!!
