Internet Options in Calmar, Alberta?

Ok, so my family has recently purchased a home in Calmar--the build should be finished by the end of November, and we should be in by Christmas. This being 2014 and all, until recently I never stopped to consider the possibility that internet service in Calmar might be anything less than what's available in Leduc, given that its less than ten minutes between my current and future homes. Herein lay my problem and the genesis of my inquiry... I currently pay for Shaw's Broadband 100, not because we necessarily need that much speed, but because I hate things moving slow. We are a family of gamers (PC, PS3 & PS4 currently), and we're incredibly addicted to our tech (from computers to tablets to smart TVs). I've always lived within city limits, both in B.C. and in Alberta, we've always been with Shaw and I've never had the displeasure of being forced to endure (ick!!) dial-up or other such nonsense. Now, however, looking at my future options in Calmar, I'm getting a little nervous, especially since I've never even heard of most of these providers before. So what I want to know is this: What's the best option out there? Surely there are other tech junkies living in the area, and surely someone's figured out the best of the worst... Right? PLEASE share!! PS I've looked into Telus, Shaw (well, Xplornet) TekSavvy, and Naked ADSL (Internet Lightspeed). Naked ADSL appears to be the best option, but I get the feeling it might be one of those 'too good to be true' things.
