[Mobility] Billing - so screwed up!

Last month I cancelled a Telus plan that ended earlier this month. They wouldn't even accept my notice of cancellation until it was in the final month of the contract. I just got an e-mail that says there's an invoice ready to be paid for next month. The amount in the e-mail is for a full month's service. I click on the hyperlink in the e-mail, and it brings me to a new beta 'My Account" web page that says there are no bills with an outstanding balance for me. Then it shows a page with cute monkeys that say their server has gone bananas. I use an older e-mail's hyperlink that gets me to the old accounts page, and it says I owe $1.89. There's a "view invoice" button that then shows an invoice for a full month's service for October; nothing about the $1.89. Now I have to waste my time phoning them to get straight why they think I owe them $1.89, and why there's still an invoice for the month following my cancellation. I'm just glad I didn't sign up for pre-authorized payments; then I'd be chasing them to get my money back. I mean, how complicated is it to get a simple invoice right?
