I have seen on this forum replies to questions in regard to Throttling which people are sure Telus does not Throttle, but on this site there is a post from Telus which states,
"At this time Telus does not throttle any traffic over standard ADSL plans. IE lite speed, 1.5 3.0 and 6.0 connections If you have Telus TV service than different rules apply due do certain factors needed to maintain quality of service".
We have Optik TV and internet. How much does Telus Throttle to maintain quality of service and what applications are more heavily Throttled?
