Just a heads up, if you are part of the preview beta program on the Xbox One, you will get an update today that enable the Xbox Oneguide and control the of the CIS430/330 using the Kinect voice command.
Feel free to report any compatibility issue you might have with it. I am part of the beta program. The support of the IR Code and control of the STB is all handle by Microsoft (as far as I know). There is a MS beta forum to report issue. Dont' hesitate to do so.
