Need to use my DLINK router with the Actiontec v1000h

Hello, I am a parent of some growing kids. And they have been using YouTube a lot after school instead of doing homework. What I want to do is to block YouTube from Monday to Thursday every 3pm to 6pm. This can't be done with the Actiontec v1000h router. I know that I can do this with a DLINK router. How am I able to use the DLINK router to do the access control together with the Actiontec v1000h? Thank you very much. Law
