Hi there everyone! my older brother moved out of the house and now there is a optik tv box that is not in use! I bought a new TV this week and called telus to ask them to come and change the service from my brother's room to mine. The CSR on the phone said it would cost $100...so I decided to do it myself and in my home there are 5 other lines. I was not sure which line is for what room so I found out which line was from my brother's room to the splitter, removed that and tried each of the 5 lines....so after all that none of them seem to be my room's line. Has anyone else done this am I missing something?
