[BC] Business install - naked DSL

Hi, I am looking at getting 2 phone lines installed one voice and one for fax. I would like to get two ADSL lines (public vs private LAN segration). Would it be any advantage to have the DSL installed on naked (dry pair) vs the conventional one on each line? Is there an additional cost (rate class) to have a dry pair? I was told once that DSL doesn't play nice with fax lines? Mind you I guess the TELUS tech would install the appropriate POTS filters at the demarcation. Thanks in advance for you information.
