I live in Richmond and since 3 days ago have been getting intermittent latency spikes causing all connections to spike up to 1500 ms and typically resting between 300-1000 for up to hours at a time. It's completely random and I'm not really sure how to do anything about it. Is it possible it's telus? Entire household experiences the spike. I'm on an ethernet connection but I've ran pings on laptop right beside the router on wifi as well and it also experiences the high latency spikes. I've isolated my own desktop on the network and the spikes still happen. I've turned off the wifi and it still happens? Anyone able to help?
