The management interface of the alu is 10.10.10.1. In order to connect with it, you need to set the ip of the pc to 10.10.10.2. However, you can ping 10.10.10.1 even without a static ip address. For curiosity, I did a tracert of 10.10.10.1 and I was surprised that after listing my gateway, there was a hop that was outside my network. Is that the DSLAM, in which case, is the 10.10.10.1 interface on the VDSL2 side of the modem? Is that the same IP address as is used for TR-069?
