Hi all,
I am moving my Koodo wireless home phone to Telus wireless home phone but the porting of the number has me confused. Is the number considered as a landline number?
In the port-in procedure, they said they'll send a confirmation SMS but these numbers can't receive SMSs.
Speaking to them has not helped, it would appear that Koodo's and Telus internal systems are intertwined.
any suggestions or depts to talk to?
