Did anyone at BC lose their static IP over the fiber last week? They tried everything over the phone, reboot the Nokia modem, ask me for the MAC addresses, telling me they had been waiting for the backend office since Tuesday.. On Friday evening right before their office closed for the weekend. Telus told me they can try to reapply the static IP to my line but can't guarantee the same IP address. That sounds ridiculous to me. Anyway, the phone call got dropped quickly after 5:30PM and I have to wait for next week...
