I live in a rural Alberta town, and we were only offered the 6 MBPS package but now we are up to 15 MBPS. Can a technician or someone explain why that is the only speeds that we are allowed? Is it an equipment issue? A line issue? I know that there is fibre going to the main "Telus building" in town. Just curious, as we are limited to what providers are available to us.
