pfSense 2.7.0-Development WAN_DHCP6 Gateway and DHCPv6 Problems

I maintain a few versions of pfSense development systems to keep an eye on whether it maintains compatibility with Telus. If you use pfSense, you know that Telus uses a non-standard way of supporting DHCPv6 and there is a specific setting called DHCP before RA in pfSense that's required to get it working with IPSs like Telus, of which there are very few. Some time between mid-January and early March, it appears that a change was made in the code that starts up the IPv6 interface, resulting in dpinger and DHCPv6 not running. I'm not sure exactly when the change was introduced, but was working before I updated it after restarting my 2.7.0-DEVELOPMENT system. I haven't tried to reinstall 2.7.0-DEVELOPMENT from scratch, but I plan to do so. I have already reported this problem on the pfSense forum, but there is not nearly as many users keeping an eye on the development versions since Netgate announced the paid version of pfSense. If I'm the only user reporting this problem, it may never get fixed. If you are a pfSense user and if you have a spare computer, please try installing 2.7.0-DEVELOPMENT to see if it's working properly and report back here. Thanks.
