First - I wasn't sure which group to choose. I'm in BC, and the customer service call started in BC, but ended in Calgary, so this may need to be attached to Alberta as well.
The above note aside, I wanted to express my most sincere compliments to Erin in Calgary for her customer service expertise today. I would be remiss if I didn't also identify Craig in Burnaby, who, after listening to the nature of my query, determined that Erin should be the person he forwarded my call to, so many thanks to Craig as well. Erin clearly has in-depth knowledge and experience with your organization's Internet services, and based on the information relayed to her by Craig, with additional supplemental information during our conversation, she took it to task in short order. To say she solved it isn't enough - I'd have to say she solved it and then some - and on top of it all, you could not speak to a more pleasant person. THIS is why I have been with Telus for so many years - the customer service is tremendous, and today's experience was absolutely the topper. Thank you! :o)
