My sister is having on-going problems with her Telus (now Koodo) cell phone. People on landlines are unable to call her phone, yet I can reach her phone from my Rogers cellphone and an Internet based voip (voip.ms). She's been dealing with multiple levels of Telus techs which have just scratched their heads and given her the run around, including claiming her phone is old. I can see she is connected to Telus's LTE network, so I don't know how they can claim that. This appears to be a problem with Telus's general call routing and not their cell network. I think she's been talking to Telus mobility techs. Does anyone know who we can talk to at Telus who will understand it's a problem with their call routing?
