Basically what it says on the tin. I've tried with the bridged modem connected directly to my PC and the issue persists - the more connections I have open (open tabs keeping connections, bittorrent, etc), the more my latency increases and eventually page loads take 30+ seconds and the standard deviation of my ping to the first hop past the modem is above 100 (this happens around ~500 TCP sessions).
Someone suggested that it may be that the modem isn't properly bridging and is still keeping a NAT table but I haven't the foggiest idea where to look with this.
I've had the modem replaced (both are T3200Ms), things improved slightly but the issue persists. Connection is 150/30, neither direction is anywhere close to saturated 99% of the time.
Where do I go from here? I say "ping" to telus tech support and they reply with "no no no I don't deal with those things I'll send a tech". The tech replaces the modem and leaves and things stay the same.

Line quality tests are as follows
Modem IP: http://www.dslreports.com/pingtest/nil/3541236
Router IP: http://www.dslreports.com/pingtest/nil/3541234
(I receive two WAN IPs when the modem is bridged, one is assigned to the modem and the other is assigned to whatever is on the bridged port)
