[AB] Bridged T3200M can't handle large amounts of concurrent connections

Basically what it says on the tin. I've tried with the bridged modem connected directly to my PC and the issue persists - the more connections I have open (open tabs keeping connections, bittorrent, etc), the more my latency increases and eventually page loads take 30+ seconds and the standard deviation of my ping to the first hop past the modem is above 100 (this happens around ~500 TCP sessions). Someone suggested that it may be that the modem isn't properly bridging and is still keeping a NAT table but I haven't the foggiest idea where to look with this. I've had the modem replaced (both are T3200Ms), things improved slightly but the issue persists. Connection is 150/30, neither direction is anywhere close to saturated 99% of the time. Where do I go from here? I say "ping" to telus tech support and they reply with "no no no I don't deal with those things I'll send a tech". The tech replaces the modem and leaves and things stay the same. Edit 0520 MST: Line quality tests are as follows Modem IP: http://www.dslreports.com/pingtest/nil/3541236 Router IP: http://www.dslreports.com/pingtest/nil/3541234 (I receive two WAN IPs when the modem is bridged, one is assigned to the modem and the other is assigned to whatever is on the bridged port) Edit: 0540 MST: MTR from QC based VPS: https://i.imgur.com/SS6jugT.png
