Not sure where I heard of them, but I decided to switch from Telus after they made their prepaid changes. Just ordered an unlocked phone (MI A2 lite) and can pick up PM SIM from Telus kiosk.
Cheapest Telus prepaid is $10 with 50 mins and 50 texts. 100MB data is $10 add-on.
