Was on this forum way back and said fibre would be a quite sometime before it came to our place (west end) and was told, no it's already in your area ... So I called Telus, and yes it is in our area, but it was going to cost between twelve hundred and fifteen hundred bucks to get it hooked up even though on the website it says no cost. Came back to this forum and complained and was told that there is no cost ... okay, called again and good no cost so started job request and waited to hear from Telus, never did. Now we find out there is no fibre in our area yet. I feel like I am dealing with a back alley company, why so much misinformation?
