I just received a notice that paper bills are now being discontinued!!
Fist, the CRTC passed legislation stating that they could not charge for paper bills, and now the holes are just up and saying they are not going to send bills at all!? What gives? Why is these days always about about what the company wants and not the customer? What, the CEO needs a new yacht and is cutting corners? No wonder they stopped the future is friendly campaign. It was all a lie. And to add insult to injury, there was a complaint on them and others back earlier in the year, and they are just letting me know now!! Im sure this was a calculated action so people would not bring attention to the case. Bunch of rats.
