[AB] What to consider in move from Shaw to Telus Fiber

I have been using Shaw for years, and am currently on 300/20 and reasonably satisfied. Shaw Contacted me to sign a new contract for 2 years at a deal (65$ x 24) but given that Telus pure Fiber (300/300) is just now available in my area, I would much prefer that. I understand the advantages of the extra upload and lower jitter/gateway ping times. My Question is are there any other items to consider, any "gotchas." I run a pfSense router and want that to continue. I have 2 dynamic IP addresses but could make do with a single. I do not use IP television at this point, nor do I expect to at any point soon. I do run a Plex server at home, and access home via OpenVPN client to a dynamically updated DNS name that I own. My Shaw modem is of course bridged with wifi disabled, as my wife is all Ubiquiti APs and want that to continue. usage is 4K Netflix, media downloads, some gaming, shared Plex usage, some remote VPN. ignoring cost/upload performance/ping times, what should be considered when moving from Shaw 3/20 to Telus pureFiber 300/300?
