Anyone else with bonded lines experiencing this with Telus?
4 months ago I upgraded to Internet 100 from 50 and all was good.
Then this week I was automatically 'downgraded' to Internet 75 without any notice (I checked all the notes on my bills. Nothing was said) and the bill amount is the same as internet 100.
The reps I talked to said that the system is downgrading everyone to 75 on VDSL ports as their systems cannot handle everyone being on 100 or greater on copper. Is this at all true? I'm slightly confused. I thought Telus had one of the best systems in western Canada?
If someone has any info can you please shine some light on this.
