Sales rep who knocks on door or loayalty?

Been with telus for 12 years, NET only, and they given me good discounts so far which expire in AUG They just finished the PureFibre setup and after speaking to Loyalty, they said it would begin just at end of July. I am currently on 75-100 on copper with unlimited and paying $57 after taxes and my point was to extend that until Fire comes through The loyalty will call me at end of July if it all goes as planned, now with Shaws new offer and Telus Fibre pricing - is it better to wait for Sales reps? as I believe I have heard they can offer better discounts since this is new fibre service or better play the old customer + shaw offer thing with loyalty?
