Hi,
So I had 25 MB DSL at my location in Calgary. I was to be upgraded to 100 MB via 2 pairs; 3rd party tech came out... turns out there were no working additional pairs to my house...
They were going to send this to cable repair.. this was a few weeks ago.
Havn't heard anything.
Anyone have any idea how long this will typically take?
