My mother just received a call from Telus and they asked her the name of the modem we currently use (Speedtouch 516).
It was apparently for some kind of upgrade to our service or something, she didn't ask for more informations.
For the record we are currently paying for 6Mbps (the max we can get in my town, but we get 1-2Mbps most of the time)
Anybody received this kind of call? What could it possibly be?
