We upgraded from Internet 15 to 25 after talking to the Loyalty Department earlier this week and now speeds have gone from c. 16/4-ish to 27/2-ish. I tried phoning tech support, but that was an utter waste of time- where do you find these people?
I know Telus employees occasional read this forum, so... might there be a mistake in our new profile. I expected a slight bump in upload speeds (or at worst no difference), given the Attainable Line Rate: 78728 Kbps & 9247 Kbps
