ipv6 routing goes down under sustained high upload usage

I have Telus 50/10 DSL with the V1000h and have found an interesting situation. When the upload link is saturated (multiple uploads, e.g. torrents) for an extended period of time (e.g. 15-20 mins) the Actiontec stops ipv6 routing and all existing ipv6 connections are lost. This happens to all computers on the network not just the ones with the high upload. About 20 minutes later, ipv6 starts working again. Interestingly enough, rebooting the router does not seem to fix the issue although I have not tried this enough times to confirm. Anyone else run into this issue? It's sometimes hard to notice because most OSes fall back to ipv4 transparently if ipv6 goes down. MS Outlook on Office 365 is an exception. You have to set up a ping to ipv6 address (e.g. google.com) to clearly observe the issue.
