One of the things I liked about Telus over Shaw was ePost. ePost is great to get all of your bills in a single spot (through your bank's website), rather than having to log into to each companies website separately to view/pay your bill.
I just got an email from Telus saying they're stopping the support of their bills on Epost. It never occured to me before but I wonder how much Canada Post charges retailers to have their bills on ePost. Apparently it's enough the companies are avoiding them (Shaw never use it, and now Telus is bailing). I don't think my natural gas company uses it either. I think that only leaves BC Hydro now :(
