Hi, a friend of mine has Telus TV and internet using the V1000H.
His TV works, but the internet doesn't.
The LAN lights are on and connected to the computer, the computer has the red X saying no connection though.
The DSL light on the modem is on, the wireless light is on but there in not signal on his phone or laptop.
He said the WAN Ethernet light is off....I'm not sure if it should be on or not, nothing is plugged into that port.
I tried netsh int IP reset, winsock reset, modem reset, nothing works.
Why would the TV work but not the internet and why are the LAN lights lit but the computer says no connection.
He tried new internet cables too, no dice.
