[AB] Understanding "Attainable Line Rate" and 100 Mbps availability

I currently have bonded 50 Mbps (2x25) service from Telus. I'd like to get 100 Mbps but when asked, Telus states my location does not qualify. When I check my current modem's "attainable line rate" I see the following: which to me suggests I could technically get close to 100 Mbps service. Line 1. Attainable line rate 50539 kbps, 9dB SNR, power 17.9 dBm Line 2. Attainable line rate 50543, 9dB, 17.9 dBm I have a T2200H modem currently installed. Any experts on the subject?
