I had reset my Actiontec using the reset button on the back. While the power light was solid red (presumably updating firmware) the power to the modem was cut. Now the only lights that come on are LAN, and I can't connect to the web interface at all.
Is there any way to fix this aside from getting a replacement modem? I was thinking maybe I could download and install firmware via USB- is that possible? I haven't been able to find any kind of real firmware download for the Telus 31.30L.55 version. Thanks in advance!
