I've been with Telus for about 2 months now, and all I have to say is that I am very upset. I was a client of Telus few years ago, and I've switched companies because I was displeased. I heard from some friends that Telus was doing a good job at providing internet services, oh well, not to me apparently. I've tried to fix my problems with oscillating pings for a couple months now, and the fix normally lasts a few days, and then it goes to s*** again.
