Point to Point Networking - Dual Telus 100/20 or Private VPLS Fibre

I want to switch ISPs due to the unreliability of my current provider. I am paying about $1000/month for a Dedicated 10/10Mbps but half of the time I am getting crappy speeds of 8/1. I have another office that uses two Telus VDSL 25/5 Modems and after bonding to Peer1 collocation at Vancouver Harbour Centre we are able to get 12Mbps up consistently! (Each modem is actually capped at 7Mbps according to the diagnostics) and the price even paying for two connection plus the colo is A LOT less than the $1000/month, not to mention better ping times too going thru Peer1 due to Harbor Centre being the main carrier hotel where Telus and other major ISPs transit and interconnect. - So I know that there is no problem on the technical side this configuration has proven itself over a year now in a business environment better than my Dedicated 10/10 - (We are only bonding the upload) [att=1] My own colocation is also located the same Peer1 Datacenter, and I am thinking of two possible options to resolve the unreliable connection. 1) Subscribe to two 100/20 VDSL Lines and bond them to Peer1 to get 40Mbps upload. - Would Telus be willing to install two of these connections at our location? - I heard that the 100/20 over Copper is bonded 50/10, now does this mean that there will be two physical modems for each connection in my case totaling 4? 2) Subscribe to Telus Metro-Ethernet Fibre Private VLAN, so this would just be a point-to-point link from my location interconnecting with Peer1 Colo through Harbour Centre's Meet-Me-Room. The actual connectivity & bandwidth to the public internet will be purchased through Peer1 or another ISP available within Harbour Centre. We have a Telus fibre spice very close to our building, just across the street is a public community centre & library that is on the same service, in East Vancouver. - How would the cost of a private point-to-point VPLS Fibre compare to (Traditional Business Class) Fibre Optic Internet from Telus? - What would the approx. price be for 10Mbps/100Mbps VPLS Link? Budget is approx $1500/month. Thanks!
