So crazy... when will telus get their shit together. I moved recently to a brand new building in downtown Vancouver and was told there were ports available to obtain 50 service. However when the telus tech came i was told there was only 25 speed available and to try again next month. Well I called telus again and was told ports were available so I took the next day off for them to come and setup the internet upgrade. Before the guy arrives he calls me a minute before my scheduled appointyment and says hey i called my engineering department and there is no ports available. I lost a days pay only to have my day wasted.... I needed the upgraded internet for work purposes thats why i went with telus in the first place otherwise I would have gone with Novus (much faster and cheaper). Silly game playing by telus and I'm extremely frustrated so far. I'm thinking to cancel my contract and pay the cancellation fee and just go with novus.
