I just went to pay my Telus bill for the month online, and I notice that my Balance Owing is precisely $3 less than the bill issued a few weeks ago. There isn't any way to discover why online, but the old billing page lists a mysterious credit of $3 since last month. Has Telus had a price reduction? (has hell frozen over?) Been forced to give a rebate by the CRTC? Or is it yet another quirk of the new billing system? (BTW the incorrect date range shown on the billing page is still not fixed.)
